Supporting You Through Every Major Life Milestone
Psychomotor Therapist (PMT) & Pediatric Sleep Consultant “1001 dodos®”
Psychomotor Therapist Since 2006 – Helping Children, Parents, and Adults Regain Balance and Well-Being
Since 2006, I have been supporting children, parents, and adults in overcoming challenges, tapping into their inner resources, and moving forward with greater calm and confidence. My approach creates a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where each person can (re)discover a harmonious balance between body, emotions, and relationships.
About me
Originally from Marseille, I first studied psychology in Lyon before training in psychomotor therapy at the Institut de Formation de la Sorbonne in Paris.
Driven by curiosity and a deep interest in the cultural dimensions of health, I’ve worked in several countries over the years — France, Syria, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates — before settling in the Netherlands in 2019.
For nearly 20 years, I’ve been supporting children, parents, and adults facing a wide range of challenges: neurodevelopmental disorders (ASD, ADHD, dysgraphia), emotional or relational difficulties, burnout, anxiety disorders, as well as motor or sensory delays.
Today, Amsterdam is my home base — an international and welcoming city that reflects the values that guide my work: openness, active listening, and interdisciplinary care.
In this spirit, I co-founded La Maison de la Santé Amsterdam with two osteopaths — a multidisciplinary practice inspired by the French approach to holistic care. We offer a comprehensive vision of well-being, where each person is supported in their uniqueness, with compassion, humanity, and respect.
A personalized, empathetic, and client-centered therapeutic approach
My work is rooted in a profoundly respectful, collaborative, and non-judgmental attitude. I believe that every person I meet carries a unique story, along with strengths and inner resources that deserve to be recognized and supported.
As a psychomotor therapist and certified sleep consultant, I draw on a strong foundation in child development, while also integrating the emotional, familial, cultural, and sensory dimensions of each individual’s experience.
My support is always personalized, carefully adapted to each person’s pace, temperament, and lived experience.
Core values at the heart of my therapeutic approach
Active listening
To deeply grasp the full scope of your experiences and challenges
Collaborative process
Together, we work side by side — not instead of you.
Respectful Care
Especially during vulnerable moments — such as sleep disorders, developmental challenges, or emotional difficulties.
Commitment to diversity and inclusion
As an expatriate and co-founder of La Maison de la Santé Amsterdam, I am deeply attentive to the challenges and opportunities related to multiculturalism and neurodiversity.
Dedicated to ethical practice
Support without imposing, suggest without pressuring, inform without guilt.
Core values I hold dear:
Helping you regain confidence, calm, and connection with those around you… within a reassuring, supportive, and always deeply human environment.
